We pledge to pro-actively support the mental and physical health and wellbeing of our department. By meeting regularly, signposting, events and check-ins.

My pledge is to drink 3 litres of water a day and exercise more regularly to make sure I'm staying healthy and having some time away from my desk!

My Pledge is working on wellbeing within my team, offering Health and wellbeing days monthly, team building exercises. supporting each other and looking after myself :)

My pledge is to do over 8,000 steps everyday and not work on weekends so I can spend that time with my family.

I pledge to reclaim my non-working hours to focus on my wellbeing- start my day with Surya Namaskar, do my daily Wordle/brain training, and keep myself physically active.

I pledge to take greater time each week to try and get the work / life balance right and encourage others to do the same.
