Organisational Development Team

The team aim to improve performance through the development of individuals, leaders and teams and have a range of methods and programmes which support this aim.

Team Engagement and Development (TED)

This simple toolkit that is designed to help teams understand how effectively they work together and engage team members in creating actions which improve their effectiveness. TED is designed to empower teams, give team members a voice whilst simultaneously building the capability of team leaders to have the conversations that matter the most to their team.

The TED toolkit provides over 80 different resources for teams to use and to help identify what it feels like to work in the team and to have open conversations about where improvement is needed.

Bitesize Courses

We offer a series of mini stand-alone workshops to support the development of individuals and team eaders. Encouraging the sharing of good practice with peers, self- reflection on what is working well, how to facilitate improvements and support wellbeing, courses include:

•   Appraisal Workshop (Getting the best from the Appraisal Conversations)

•   How to approach Difficult Conversations

•   Civility and Respect

•   Emotional Intelligence

•   Coaching Skills for All
