Support for teams: Team Time and Schwartz Rounds

Team Time and Schwartz Rounds

As hardworking NHS workers, we know that you’ll often put other people’s wellbeing before your own.

This has been even more evident during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Please know that we offer a full range of health and wellbeing support – both for you as an individual and also your team.

Schwartz Rounds and Team Time are open for all staff and teams providing a safe facilitated forum to help staff feel connected and supported.

Whether you work on the frontline, support staff or are a senior leader, at any level the sessions can be very cathartic and beneficial to your mental wellbeing.

Both Schwartz Rounds and Team Time are delivered by our trained facilitators at the Trust who provide a safe and supportive environment for people to voice and share their experiences and feelings.

Teams can discuss any issue or incident specific to them by working with facilitators.

Schwartz Rounds focus on a themed topic, for example finding a work/life balance and include three panellists telling their stories for people to reflect on and relate to.

This video will give you an idea how both Team Time and Schwartz Rounds work.

For more information about Team Time and Schwartz Rounds, please email Elaine Boulton who will be more than happy to help.

Lancashire and South Cumbria Resilience Hub

Don’t forget The Lancashire and South Cumbria Resilience Hub is also available for all LSCft staff and their families.

The fantastic team there can offer psychological support for those struggling with the effects of the pandemic.

You can self-refer to the Hub – which can help develop a plan that will suit your needs.
