All forms of physical activity can provide health benefits if undertaken regularly for a long enough period time and at the right intensity.
Being active is really good for your body, mind and health – and you can encourage your LSCft friends, colleagues and family to take part, too!
To stay healthy or to improve your health, you need to aim to do two types of physical activity each week, a mix of aerobic and strength.
