We know that when teams look after their wellbeing they are more resilient, better able to cope with working in often stressful environments, where burnout and stress can result in sickness absence.

The Health and Wellbeing Team take a holistic approach, using such models as appreciative enquiry, and trained facilitators provide a psychologically safe space to collectively identify factors that foster or hinder individual and team wellbeing.  Together we will explore actions that help maintain, enhance and improve team wellbeing and ultimately deliver quality care to those accessing our services.

Health and Wellbeing Framework Guide and Toolkit

This guide supports any team that is seeking to improve the health and wellbeing within the team, through a culture change approach. It has been designed to help teams explore what being part of a healthy team means, and to embark on a collaborative journey where the team is ‘in the driving seat’ to improve things, together.

Inspired by the NHS Health and Wellbeing framework, the guide enables teams to identify wellbeing goals and access the various resources to support these.
