Support for teams: The Resilience Hub

The Resilience Hub

The Lancashire and South Cumbria Resilience Hub was set-up in response to the pandemic to help support public sector workers who have been psychologically affected by Covid-19.

The team is dedicated to supporting those who work in the emergency services, health and social care, teachers, carers, local authority staff and volunteers.

This includes all staff at LSCft and their families too.

The Resilience Hub can also offer support for whole teams, including:

  • Facilitating team wellbeing/resilience sessions

  • Delivering bespoke training – including on managing loss

Since its launch at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Resilience Hub has helped people get back to doing the things they love most.

Including those who have worked on the frontline of the pandemic, those who struggled with the shift to working from home and the changing demands of their jobs and sadly, those who have lost loved ones.

If you’d like to discuss accessing support for your team, please ring: 01772 520228 or email: lschub@lscft.nhs.uk

Everything you tell the staff at the Resilience Hub is confidential.
